Hemisphere Restaurant Partners newest restaurant concept - Via Cafe & Bar - is located on France Avenue across from the Southdale Shopping Center in Edina. The newly renovated restaurant features a grand entrance and bar, as well as an outdoor patio and bar, including water features and fire pits facing France Avenue.

VIA's menu includes a wide variety of mainstream American dishes, as well as a variety of entrees and appetizers with an international influence. VIA is open for lunch and dinner daily, as well as a brunch served on Sundays.
